Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our mystery box products, all sales are final. Because our boxes contain surprise items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on item preference or dissatisfaction with the mystery selection.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at daniellehanners@me.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Item Sent If you received the wrong box size or product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them. After that, orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.
